Des Stephens
Managing Director: ACII

Des has extensive experience in the insurance industry, with 36 years of experience working primarily in Zimbabwe but also spending some time in the United Kingdom. He holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute in the UK and is a Chartered Insurance Broker. He is currently the Co-founder and Managing Director of SATIB Zimbabwe, based in Bulawayo, and is responsible for managing key clients in Bulawayo and Victoria Falls. Additionally, he has a passion for mountain biking, wildlife, and conservation, with a particular interest in the Matopos.

Jeremiah Chatindo
Director: ACII

Jeremiah is a Chartered Insurance practitioner with over 20 years of broking experience and is based in Harare. He is a proud product of Milton High School, and in his spare time, is an avid reader, golfer, and chess player. Jeremiah leads a mentally engaged and diverse-minded team of world-class brokers.

Taurai Pambweyi
General Manager: BCom (Risk Management), MBA(NUST), ACII, ICSAZ

Taurai is a seasoned insurance professional with over a decade of experience, including various roles at leading companies like SATIB Insurance. He has a proven track record in leadership, strategic thinking, and teamwork, driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. As a chartered insurance practitioner (CII -UK) with a Master's in Business Administration (NUST) and Executive Diploma Program (WITS), Taurai specializes in risk management, business development, and operational efficiency, always staying ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative client solutions.

Dionne Hassam
Account Executive: COP, Certificate in Insurance (CII UK)

Dionne is the branch Manager and has a wealth of experience working in various different departments within the organization. She has been with SATIB for over a decade and her current role includes assisting with the Safari and Tourism portfolio as well as managing a small SME portfolio. Dionne is known for being a confident and highly organized administrative professional, with experience in a busy office environment. She is able to quickly assimilate and learn processes applicable to in-house operations. She is also meticulous in her approach to data collation and presentation and is technically proficient with sound communication and relationship skills. Dionne has the ability to understand client requirements and deliver on their requests in a professional manner.
